Early access is open — and free
All of LifeOS is free while we build toward launch. No credit card, no locked features, and billing stays off until it's properly live. If that ever changes, it will be announced here first, plainly.
Town Square is public now
The public site can now show the Town Square preview, the opt-in fame ladder, and small aggregate stats from bounded read-only views. Base tables stay private.

Launch Hardening
Blocked direct-message and Fame paths gained a client guard, the private attachment migration was prepared, and the launch docs now capture the pre-promote security boundary.
Town Square & Voice
The community page now reads bounded public views, Town Square has an explicit public channel, and Selam's onboarding can use optional browser voice.
Selam, the Hall, and the Stars
Selam became the sleep-first setup guide, the Guild Hall scene arrived, profile pages gained Fame, and the globe now reaches toward Moon and Mars.
The New Sigil, Foundations & Boundaries
The Guild Table Seed icon set shipped, chat windows gained bounds, sleep can materialize into schedules, and the academy gained Signals & Waves.
Reality Production-Candidate Polish
Data syncing now heals itself if it loses its place, social and guilds got launch polish, this community front door arrived, and mobile onboarding is steadier.
Every entry above matches a real release. We don't backfill, embellish, or invent.
